Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Barefootplus Travel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

1. General Terms

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

2. Daily Tours

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

If the guest does not show up at the scheduled time, it is considered a “no-show”, and no refund will be given.

3. Private Tours & Transfers

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.

4. Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual hotel.

Details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations outside the hotel’s policy may incur a charge.

5. Force Majeure

In the case of force majeure events (natural disasters, medical emergencies, etc.), exceptions may be considered upon presentation of official documentation.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
